Incredible bbq! I went their opening weekend and this weekend and had very consistent experiences both times. Super friendly staff who are genuinely happy to be there feeding and chatting up customers. Huge fan of the brisket and pimento mac n cheese (and I'm not usually a man n cheese fan but this one is out of this world). The mustard based bbq sauce needs to be bottled and sold!!

Layers of smoke, fat, and flavor Parish BBQ is a masterclass in Central Texas barbecue. Brisket that melts, ribs with the perfect pull, and sides hold their own. The brisket and ribs are next level. Smoky, juicy, and absolutely on par with the best in town. This is a great spot to grab a beer and enjoy with friends and family. Keep in mind that they do sell out quickly, so make sure to show up early!

Y'all are sleeping on Parish. This BBQ was amazing. Every meat, every side, even dessert. Really loved the fall of the bone ribs and duck. The pimento mac and cheese as well as the cornbread is next level. Highly recommend getting the All Meats platter because it comes with sides!

Yum!! Everything was incredible but the standouts for me were the pork ribs, duck, and crawfish dressing. The fried roll with tabasco honey butter is so indulgent but totally worth it. I personally didn’t care too much for either of the sauces but the meat quality is good enough without! Be sure to get there early
